I am using JIRA tool to manage and track the progress of user stories, bugs, issues, and/or incidents ensuring that it has undergone a proper grooming, approval, and completion before development. This will allow the requirements to be well-defined, have a clear acceptance criteria, and a structured workflow to reduce potential blockers during development.

I use Lucidchart to create process flow diagrams that helps illustrate workflows or business processes. This helps enhances clarity and communication between team members, making it easier to understand complex processes and present it to the stakeholders.

I am using Excel for various data-related tasks which includes inputting and formatting data. I am also using it to perform in-depth data analysis, and utilizing pivot tables to summarize large datasets.

I rely on Remedyforce to manage IT Incidents, Service Requests, track Change Requests for each deployment, and handle incident reports. This helps me streamline the IT operations by ensuring that all incidents/service requests are logged and resolved in an organize manner which improves response time and overall system reliability.

I am utilizing Confluence as a central repository for Change Management documentation, ensuring that all project deployments are well-documented and tracked. This will help on tracking record of changes, approvals, and also implementation details.

I use Azure DevOps same with JIRA to track work items, manage test cases, and checking of software releases. By integrating development, testing, and deployment processes within a single platform, Azure DevOps helps ensure smooth collaboration between teams and efficient project execution.
